Executive Welcome Kits for New Hire Onboarding
An APAC-headquartered management consultancy needed 500 premium zipper business bags as part of their executive onboarding kit for consultants across regional offices.

The Challenge
The bags needed to project professionalism: 16oz canvas, genuine YKK zippers, padded laptop compartment up to 15.6 inches, and subtle debossed logo. Each bag also required individual name-card holder customization and gift-box packaging.
Our Solution
We produced a custom 40×30×10 cm bag with 210D polyester lining, magnetic-snap front pocket, and detachable leather-wrapped shoulder strap. Logos were debossed for a subtle executive look. Each unit was individually poly-bagged and placed in a recycled-cardboard gift box with tissue paper.

- 500 units produced in 14 days
- Name-card holders customized for 47 individual new hires
- Gift packaging reduced damage rate to 0% during air freight
