The Challenge
The client faced a strict plastic-ban deadline in the UK and needed a reliable supplier capable of certifying organic supply chains, dyeing to custom Pantone colors, and delivering 50,000 bags within 30 days without quality variation.
Our Solution
We proposed a 140gsm GOTS-certified organic cotton tote with reinforced handles and a water-based screen-printed 2-color logo. Our team coordinated dyeing, cutting, and printing across 3 production lines to meet the deadline while maintaining AQL 2.5 inspection standards.
