The Challenge
The pouches needed to match a premium positioning: thick 10oz canvas, precise embroidery on both sides, and Pantone-matched cord colors. Previous suppliers had delivered inconsistent embroidery density and color variance between batches.
Our Solution
We digitized the mountain emblem using 3D puff embroidery for dimensional texture. Production was split across 2 dedicated embroidery machines with daily QC checks. Cord was custom-dyed to Pantone 7499C and tensile-tested to 5 kg.

- 15,000 pouches produced in 18 days
- Embroidery density variance under 2% across all units
- Delivery arrived 2 days ahead of schedule via DDP to Munich warehouse
