  6. Side seams, bottom seams, casing seams, bar tacks if used, and backstitching should be secure. Open seams, skipped stitches at stress points, broken threads, and insufficient seam allowance should be treated as major defects.
  7. Cotton pouches should be free from oil marks, mildew odor, damp storage odor, heavy stains, holes, needle cuts, unacceptable shade mismatch, dirt, foreign material, and wrinkles caused by wet or compressed storage.
  8. Minor loose threads, small natural cotton slubs, and light wrinkles may be acceptable only if they are within the approved buyer standard and do not affect retail appearance, logo readability, or function.
  9. Carton counts, SKU labels, barcode labels if required, inner bundle quantities, packing assortment, and destination marks should match the purchase order, packing list, and approved carton label format.
  10. A sealed approved sample, approved artwork file, RFQ specification sheet, purchase order, packing instruction sheet, and defect classification list should be available to production staff and inspectors before bulk work starts.
