  5. Drawcord length should be consistent pair to pair so the bag closes evenly and does not twist when worn or hang asymmetrically at retail
  6. Bottom corner seam reinforcement and channel seams should show no skipped stitches, seam grin, broken thread, or exposed raw edge at stress points
  7. Cord exit points should be neat and secure, with no tearing, fraying, or visibly weak stitch density around the load area
  8. Natural cotton shade should be reasonably consistent within the approved range; mixed lots in one carton should be avoided if store presentation matters
  9. If dyed fabric is used, visible panel-to-panel mismatch and severe shade difference between body components should be rejected
  10. Packing count per polybag and per carton must match the packing list exactly to reduce DC receiving claims and shortage disputes
