Start With the Carry Job

Plain weave cotton canvas is common because it is durable, printable, and familiar to cut-and-sew factories. Twill can feel softer and show a diagonal texture, but it may behave differently under printing and folding. For most farmers market vendor programs, one-color or two-color water-based screen print gives the best balance of hand feel, repeatability, and cost.

Screen printing still needs controls. Specify print size, position, artwork file format, color reference, and placement tolerance.
