  3. Handle attachment should use X-box stitching, bar-tack, or equivalent reinforcement with no broken stitches, skipped stitches, loose threads, or tearing at stress points.
  4. Print color should match approved Pantone reference or signed strike-off, allowing realistic tolerance on natural cotton but rejecting obvious drift across cartons or production lots.
  5. Logo placement should remain centered, level, and within agreed distance from top, side, bottom, or gusset seams; tilted or off-center licensed marks should be treated as major defects.
  6. Seams should be straight, secure, and free of open seams, skipped stitches, raw-edge exposure, puckering, twisted gussets, uneven top hems, and loose thread bundles.
  7. Natural cotton panels should be free from oil marks, dirt, mildew, strong odor, insect contamination, water stains, and unacceptable dark fiber spots beyond the signed standard.
  8. Retail labels, hangtags, barcodes, country-of-origin labels, care labels, and organic claim wording should match the approved artwork and buyer compliance file.
  9. Barcode and SKU labels should be placed where the bookstore expects them and should scan correctly before cartons are sealed for distribution center shipment.
  10. Packing should protect the print surface and bag shape without excessive compression, moisture exposure, carton collapse, print transfer, or permanent logo creasing.
