  7. Check print color, coverage, registration, and placement against the approved standard, and verify that fine lines and reverse text remain readable on the actual jute texture.
  8. Perform print rub checks after curing and confirm there is no unacceptable scuffing, blocking, offset transfer, or major ink pickup when bags are stacked or bundled.
  9. Verify packing count, bundle count, carton marks, barcode placement, carton board condition, moisture-protection materials, and carton gross weight against shipping instructions.
  10. Carry out practical load checks on sampled finished bags using representative grocery weight to detect seam stress, handle discomfort, distortion, or unexpected failure before shipment release.
