Quality-control points to confirm
- Fabric weight should match the approved GSM within the agreed tolerance, and the weave should be consistent without large sparse areas, broken yarns, or excessive fraying.
- Bag dimensions should stay within the quoted tolerance, especially top opening width, body height, gusset depth, and handle drop, because these affect display and carry comfort.
- Handle attachment should show consistent reinforcement, clean stitch formation, and no skipped stitches at the highest-stress points.
- Print placement should stay within the approved measurement window from top edge and side seam, with acceptable ink coverage for the rough jute surface.
- Artwork details such as small text, thin strokes, and border lines should remain legible on the actual woven texture, not only in digital artwork.
- Lining, if specified, should be secured cleanly without twisting, bubbling, or visible raw edges inside the bag.
- Finished bags should be free from strong odor, oil marks, glue residue, mildew signs, water staining, and visible contamination before packing.
- Carton count, carton markings, barcode placement, and SKU separation should match the approved packing list with no mixed cartons unless pre-approved.
