Quality-control points to confirm
- Fabric GSM should remain within an agreed tolerance band and be measured on conditioned fabric, not estimated by feel
- Finished bag dimensions should follow approved tolerance, especially gusset width, base width, and handle drop for bottle-carry use
- Handle attachment must show consistent stitch count, back-tack security, balanced box stitch shape where specified, and no skipped stitches at stress points
- Seams should be straight, with no raw edge exposure where overlock or binding is specified
- Side seams and bottom seams should be checked for seam allowance consistency because narrow seam allowance increases failure risk under bottle load
- Print position must be centered within agreed tolerance and match approved artwork size
- Print coverage should be even, with no pinholes, ghosting, blurred edges, major shade variation, or unacceptable registration shift across the lot
- Natural cotton shade variation should stay within approved range if undyed fabric is used; approve this in the sample stage
- Carton packing count, inner pack count, barcode labels, and shipping marks must match packing list and PO requirements
