  7. How will the bags be packed, how many pieces per carton, and what are the carton dimensions, gross weight, and cube?
  8. What is your normal production lead time after sample approval, and what specific events can delay it?

Quality-control points to confirm

  1. Fabric GSM is measured against the approved range and does not vary sharply between lots or between body panels and handles.
  2. Organic cotton documentation is available if the program requires certification, chain-of-custody, or label support.
  3. Shrinkage stays within the agreed tolerance after wash or steam conditioning if required by the final use case.
  4. Print placement stays centered and matches the signed-off artwork tolerance on front and back panels, if applicable.
  5. Print opacity, color density, and edge sharpness remain acceptable under normal light and on natural-fiber texture.
  6. Handle stitching uses even tension, secure bartacks, and no skipped stitches at the stress points near the top seam.
  7. Seams are straight, gusset corners are clean, and the bag opens flat without twisting or puckering.
  8. No visible oil stains, yarn slubs beyond tolerance, broken threads, loose fibers, or contamination marks.
