Start With the Use Case

Claim wording has to match the paper trail. If the body fabric is certified but the handles, labels, or thread are not, the final copy should be reviewed carefully before hangtags or web listings are printed. If the product is made with GOTS-certified organic cotton or OCS-certified organic cotton, use that phrase only when the certificate scope and transaction documents actually support it.
