Procurement then ends up negotiating price before the product has been defined.
A stronger RFQ does not make the bag overengineered. It translates store use into factory language: bottle size, payload, finished dimensions, GSM, lamination, handle drop, print area, sample approval, and packing. With those points in writing, buyers can compare offers line by line and avoid late changes during sampling.
