  7. Verify that any lining or coating does not hide weak stitching or make folding too stiff.
  8. Check odor, dryness, carton condition, and visible dust or mold risk when cartons arrive.
  9. Measure finished dimensions on a sample lot and compare them to the written spec, not only the sales sample.
  10. Record all approved exceptions in writing so bulk inspection uses the same reference.
