Quality-control points to confirm

  1. Verify finished size against approved specification using a practical tolerance such as plus or minus 1 cm unless a tighter tolerance is formally agreed.
  2. Measure fabric GSM from production lot fabric, not only from development swatches or mill statements.
  3. Check print placement from the top seam and side seam so logo position does not visibly drift across the shipment.
  4. Perform dry rub testing on the printed panel and confirm the print is fully cured before folding and packing.
