- Print surface should be free from pinholes, ghosting, smears, heavy ink ridges, double image, cracking, obvious registration shift, and under-cured tackiness.
- Handle stitching should be reinforced and inspected for skipped stitches, loose thread ends, uneven stitch boxes, and weak stress points at attachment areas.
- Side seams, gusset seams, and divider seams if used should be inspected for seam slippage, open stitching, raw-edge exposure where not intended, and shape consistency.
- Each bag should be clean, dry, odor-controlled, and free from oil marks, mildew spots, excessive fabric slubs beyond the approved standard, and cutting debris.
- Packing should protect the print face from abrasion, keep cartons dry, separate SKUs correctly, and match the buyer's carton marking requirements.
