  2. Finished pouch dimensions should be measured flat after sewing. For liquor bottles, height tolerance matters because the drawcord must close above the shoulder without exposing too much neck unless that look is intended.
  3. Print position should be checked from fixed reference points: bottom edge, side seam, and center line. Do not rely on visual centering only because slight skew is obvious on narrow bottle pouches.
  4. Print adhesion and opacity should be reviewed on the actual fabric color. Natural cotton absorbs ink differently from bleached or dyed cotton, and heavy weave texture can break fine artwork.
  5. Seams should be inspected for skipped stitches, loose thread, broken bar tacks, and uneven drawcord channels. Liquor bottles add concentrated weight, so weak side seams become visible quickly.
  6. Drawcord function should be tested by opening and closing the pouch several times with the bottle inside. Tight channels, thick cord, or shrinkage can make store staff avoid using the pouch.
  7. Odor and cleanliness should be checked before packing. Cotton fabric, ink, and cartons can carry odor if curing or storage is rushed, which is a serious issue for premium beverage packaging.
  8. Carton packing should prevent crushed drawcord channels and dirty fabric edges. Use clean inner polybags or paper separation when natural cotton is light colored.
