Choose the lightest fabric that still passes the bakery’s appearance, load, and reuse expectations. Lightweight 120 to 140 GSM cotton can work for economical wrapped sweets and gift packaging. Mid-weight 150 to 180 GSM cotton often gives a stronger retail feel and cleaner screen-print result.
