  2. Finished flat size should be measured after sewing and pressing; for small pouches, a tolerance of plus or minus 3-5 mm is more realistic than broad apparel tolerances.
  3. Usable internal size should be verified separately because the side seams, bottom seam, drawstring channel, and fabric bulk reduce the space available for the product.
  4. Drawstring channel must allow smooth opening and closing without skipped stitches, trapped cord, broken stitching, twisted cord, or excessive puckering.
  5. Print position should be measured from bottom and side seam; define tolerance before production, especially for centered logos or artwork aligned to product sets.
  6. Printed artwork should pass a basic dry rub test and, if washability or damp handling is claimed, a wash, wet rub, or colorfastness check agreed before bulk order.
  7. Seams should be secure at stress points near the drawstring channel, with back tacking, lockstitch security, or reinforced stitching where needed.
  8. Cord length should be consistent enough for comfortable tying but not so long that it looks untidy or creates safety concerns for children’s products.
  9. Pouches should be free from oil marks, mildew smell, heavy lint, broken needles, loose threads, color transfer, insects, and mixed-color contamination.
  10. Packing inspection should verify SKU separation, inner quantity, carton marks, barcode or label requirements, carton strength, and moisture protection for export handling.
