  8. Cord length should allow smooth closure and comfortable shoulder use, with both sides measured and excessive leftover cord avoided for tangling or safety reasons.
  9. Cord channels should be stitched evenly with no narrow sections, skipped stitches, or seam bulk that prevents the drawcord from sliding smoothly.
  10. Bottom corner reinforcements should be bar-tacked, patched, or securely folded at load stress points, with no loose threads, broken stitches, or seam openings.
