- Print curing verified before packing; adhesion checked by dry rub, light wet rub if relevant, tape test where appropriate, and visual review for cracking, offset, or ink transfer.
- Drawcords pulled through the channel to confirm smooth movement, balanced length, no excessive twisting, no sharp cord ends, and no tearing at channel stitching.
- Lower cord tabs inspected and pull-checked according to intended load, with attention to bartacks, X-stitches, folded edges, tab fabric strength, and loose threads.
- Side seams, bottom seams, and top-channel seams inspected for skipped stitches, broken stitches, uneven stitch density, raw edges, weak backstitching, and exposed seam allowance.
- Bag symmetry, panel alignment, and print squareness checked so the logo does not appear tilted when the backpack is laid flat, filled lightly, or displayed hanging.
