- On dark dyed bags, inspect for dye bleed, crocking, shade variation, and logo contrast under both daylight and indoor retail lighting.
- Cord length should be consistent pair to pair, knots secure, channel action smooth, and no twisting or channel blockage should be present when the bag is opened and closed repeatedly.
- Bottom corners, gusset joins, side seams, and cord-entry reinforcement points should show no skipped stitches, seam grin, broken threads, or tearing under light load testing using the intended bottle weight.
