- Finished fabric weight stays within the approved GSM tolerance and does not feel thinner than the sealed sample.
- Bag dimensions stay within the agreed tolerance for width, height, cord drop, and mouth opening.
- Stitching is even, with reinforced stress points at cord channels, bottom corners, and side seams.
- Cord pulls smoothly without fraying, twisting, or cutting into the fabric channel.
- Print placement is centered and repeatable, with no ghosting, color shift, or bleeding on the fabric surface.
- Loose threads, broken stitches, stains, oil marks, and needle damage stay within the approved defect limit.
- Carton count, barcode, label, and assortment ratio match the packing list and purchase order.
- Bulk cartons hold shape in transit and protect the bags from moisture, compression, and corner crush.
- No single sample should show a hole, open seam, broken drawcord, or misprint that would make it unsalable.
- Define major defects and minor defects in writing before production starts, not after inspection.
