Quality-control points to confirm
- Fabric GSM should remain within the approved tolerance range and match the approved hand-feel sample closely enough for retail consistency
- Finished size should match the approved specification with agreed sewing tolerance, and measurements should be taken on laid-flat bags using the same method each time
- Logo placement should be measured from fixed reference points such as top edge and side seam, not judged visually only
- Screen print opacity should be even, with no major pinholes, heavy ghosting, smudging, or early cracking from poor curing
- Fine lines and small typography should remain legible on cotton texture and should match the approved strike-off within agreed limits
- Drawcord must pull smoothly from both sides without twisting, channel blockage, excessive friction, knot failure, or noticeably uneven finished length
- Bartacks or reinforcement stitches at lower corners must be secure, consistent, and correctly positioned on every inspected piece
- Seams should be straight and stable, with no skipped stitches, raw-edge exposure on visible areas, seam grin at stress points, or open joins at corners
- Front presentation panels should be free from obvious oil marks, stains, weaving bars, dye spots, and deep defects that weaken retail appearance
- Packed goods must be fully dry and print-cured before sealing, and cartons must be labeled by style, artwork version, quantity, and PO reference
