  6. Color consistency: Delta E ≤ 2.0 for custom-dyed canvas compared to approved lab dip swatch. Measure under D65 lighting with a spectrophotometer.
  7. Zipper alignment: zipper pull sits flush with portfolio edge when closed; no gap > 2 mm. Check zipper tape straightness along entire length.
  8. Carton weight: ±3% of declared weight. Overpacking increases freight cost; underpacking risks damage. Check 2 cartons per pallet.
  9. Sample approval: production sample must be approved in writing before bulk production starts. Any deviation from approved sample is grounds for rejection.
  10. Final QC: AQL 2.5, Level II random inspection. Reject entire lot if defect rate exceeds 3% for major defects (zipper, print, stitching).
