  1. What exact canvas composition and weight are you quoting, in GSM and fabric construction?
  2. Is the quoted bag made from stock fabric and stock pattern, or does it require new cutting pattern development?
  3. For a 750 ml bottle, what finished width, gusset, and height do you recommend, and have you load-tested that size before?
  4. How are the handles attached: X-stitch, box stitch, bartack, or handle inserted into side seam construction?
  5. If the bag is double-bottle style, how is the internal divider sewn and what material is used for the divider panel?
  6. What print method is included in the quote, how many colors, what print size, and is a strike-off included before bulk production?
  7. What is the MOQ by design, by fabric color, by print colorway, and by shipment split if we need staggered delivery?
  8. What are the sample stages available: blank sample, printed pre-production sample, and final sealed sample?
  9. How many pieces fit per export carton, and what are the carton dimensions, gross weight, and net weight?

Quality-control points to confirm

  1. Fabric weight should match the approved range within practical mill tolerance; visibly lighter substitute canvas should not be accepted without written approval.
  2. Finished size should stay within agreed tolerance, commonly around plus or minus 0.5 to 1.0 cm depending on bag structure and seam build.
  3. Handle length should be even in each pair, and handle attachment points should align symmetrically from side seams.
  4. Top hem stitching should run straight without skipped stitches, loose thread tails, seam grin, or twisting at corners.
  5. Bottom gusset should open evenly and allow the bag to sit stable with a filled bottle inside.
  6. For double-bottle styles, the divider must be secured at the base and side seams so bottles do not knock together in transit.
  7. Printed logo edges should be sharp enough for the approved artwork size, with no major pinholes, offset registration, smearing, or obvious shade drift.
  8. Natural canvas shade should remain commercially consistent across the order; mixed fabric lots can make the same print look uneven.
  9. Load test should show no seam cracking, severe distortion, or handle pull-out when the bag carries the intended bottle weight.
  10. Carton packing count, assortment ratio, carton marks, and shipping labels must match the packing list and purchase-order requirements.
