- Seam allowance and seam construction must prevent fraying at top edge, side seams, and bottom corners.
- Top edge turn-over or binding should be even, with no exposed raw fabric visible from normal viewing distance.
- Loaded bag should hold a filled bottle without visible seam strain, handle twisting, or base distortion.
- Carton packing must prevent severe fold marks on the print area and crushing at the gusset base.
