- Packing inspection: Verify individual polybag thickness (30 microns), carton construction (5-ply, 150 PSI), bundle method, silica gel inclusion, and shipping marks before release.
- Carton drop test: 1.2m corner drop, 3 edges. Inspect bags for damage, print transfer, or deformation. Test one carton per 100 produced.
