  4. Check fabric cleanliness for oil marks, dirt, stains, excessive slubs, holes, color streaks, needle damage, loose yarns, and obvious panel shade mismatch.
  5. Check print adhesion, edge sharpness, color registration, ink coverage, rub resistance, cracking, hand feel, and placement tolerance on the flap, side panel, label, or hangtag.
  6. Inspect strap joints for box-X stitch, bartack, double-row stitching, loose threads, skipped stitches, seam slippage, broken threads, and correct reinforcement placement.
  7. Test zipper operation, snap alignment, buckle adjustment, strap slider grip, hardware finish, plating defects, sharp edges, and puller attachment.
  8. Review inside seams for fraying, exposed raw edges, overlock quality, bound seam neatness, lining puckering, trapped fabric, pocket symmetry, and zipper catching.
  9. Load-test selected bags with a realistic payload such as tablet, notebook, water bottle, wallet, phone, map, charger, and small retail purchases.
  10. Check that the flap sits straight, corners are balanced, base is stable, hangtags and barcodes are correct, and the bag can be displayed neatly on a shelf or hook.
