Quality-control points to confirm
- Finished fabric weight should match the agreed basis within tolerance and feel consistent across the inspected lot, with no obvious soft panels or underweight areas.
- Body panels, flap, and gusset should measure within approved finished tolerances after sewing and finishing, not only before assembly.
- Print placement should stay within the approved window, with sharp edges, consistent opacity, and no major registration shift or pinholes.
- Strap attachment points should show even reinforcement, no skipped stitches, no thread breaks, and no needle damage at stress zones.
- Webbing length, width, color, and hand feel should match the approved sample, with no mixed strap lots inside the same order.
- Closures, snaps, buckles, or magnetic components should function smoothly and align correctly without forcing the flap out of shape.
- Seams should be straight, topstitching balanced, corners symmetrical, and gusset depth visually even from left to right.
- Fabric and trim color should remain consistent across panels, straps, labels, and replacement pieces, especially when multiple dye lots are involved.
- Inside labels, care labels, barcode stickers, and hangtags should match the approved artwork and be positioned exactly as specified.
- Polybags, paper bands, carton counts, inner packs, and shipping marks should follow the receiving specification with no mixed SKUs per carton unless approved.
