- Check that box-X or bartack placement is symmetrical, correctly sized, and positioned far enough from raw edges or weak seam allowance.
- Load-test random finished units using the agreed weight and hang time; reject units showing handle tearing, stitch breakage, seam opening, top hem tearing, or severe permanent distortion.
- Review side seams, bottom seams, top hem, and gusset corners for raw-edge fraying, seam slippage, broken stitches, missed overlock, and inconsistent seam allowance.
- Rub test printed and dyed areas with dry and slightly damp white cloth to detect under-cured ink, dye crocking, or surface transfer.
- Check print placement, color match, curing, cracking at fold zones, pinholes, ink build-up, edge sharpness, and blocking between stacked printed panels.
